In some sense a website is like a book. A lot of work goes into it and it reflects the talents of many people. Those who write books and build websites often rely heavily on others who do the hard work of data mining and making publishing on the internet possible. The end result is simply the tip of the iceberg.
The folks who are making HTML5 come alive deserve hearty congratulations as one sees that "ah... so that's what can be done." The gauges available off the main page, by clicking on the date at the top right, are a result. As well those who faithfully gather data day after day and year after year help the rest of us understand where we are, something like telling us what is in our bank account. Details are listed on the references pages with links to the appropriate sites
In particular I would like to thank Nishantha Bandara and Abdul Wadud for helping with C# programming and javascript respectively. There is always an odd bit of code that needs tweaking, or in the case of C#, a whole class required to import data from a MySQL database.
There are many more of course, but this is not a book and they shall remain unnamed. However, as the world is in a continual state of development, so too are websites, and I hope that this small effort may help at least a few.
